Refund Policy

We want Cellcath to actually help you. If it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it. Here's exactly how refunds work.

This policy applies to all subscriptions to Cellcath, operated by Current Digital Marketing, LLC, located at 12 Mayflower Drive, Cumberland, Rhode Island.

If Cellcath isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription and we'll refund every dollar — no questions asked, no friction.

This applies to:

• Your first monthly subscription
• Your first annual subscription

All refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 30-Day Window

Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Annual subscriptions: Refundable on a pro-rated basis for the unused months. Example: if you cancel an annual plan 4 months in, we refund the remaining 8 months. The pro-rated amount goes back to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

Two ways:

1. From your dashboard: Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage. You can cancel and request a refund directly.
2. By email: Send a message to mark@marketwithmark.com with the email address on your account. Include "Refund" in the subject line. We'll process it within 2 business days.

You don't need to explain why. We won't try to talk you out of it.

What Refunds Don't Cover

• Charges older than 30 days on monthly plans (after the initial 30-day window).
• Disputes filed directly with your bank or card issuer before contacting us — please reach out first so we can resolve it faster than a chargeback.
• Subscriptions terminated for terms-of-service violations.

Canceling Without Refunding

You can cancel anytime without requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund past ones. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

To cancel: Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel.

Founding-Member Pricing

If you cancel and later resubscribe, your founding-member pricing ($47/mo or $470/yr) may no longer be available. Current pricing applies to new subscriptions.
